Katherine Jones is a performer, music educator and choral conductor. She began her musical training at the age of three with a violin in hand. She went on to study voice with Margaret Astrup at Western Connecticut State University where she received a BM in Vocal Performance. She also holds a Masters of Music in Conducting from Colorado State University. She spends her school days teaching chorus and general music at North Branford Intermediate School. Katie sings under the direction of Andre Thomas with the Yale Camarata. She lives in Guilford with her cellist husband Chris and children William and Fiona. In her free time, she likes to read, hike, sail, and of course, sing!
