Our friends at First Baptist Church have installed and opened the Open Table Pantry. We have committed to collecting and delivering food to the pantry on the first Sunday of each month. There is a wagon in the Narthex of the Meetinghouse that will serve as our collection point. We will bring it up as part of the offering on the First Sunday of the Month. After Worship, we will deliver it to the pantry.
Open Table Pantry is located on the side of the First Baptist Church, outside, so access is available anytime. They collect non-perishable food (no glass containers or expired food) of all kinds. Some particular needs are cereal, shelf stable milk, and granola bars.
Please bring items to Worship on Sunday so we can share in making sure everyone has enough to eat.
