Some Thoughts on Christian Giving

Generous giving is a joyous opportunity, not a burdened obligation. It is a gift of the Spirit and a mark of maturing faith.
Giving and generosity are not governed by material wealth. They have to do with one's heart.
Christian Stewardship has to do with faith, that is to say, trusting God.
Christian giving is planned giving that comes from the top, not from the leftovers.
Christian giving is a proportionate and sacrificial giving.
Christian giving is growing giving.
Christian giving generates new giving and renewed Thanksgiving.
